Data we collect is not sold to third parties and is not used for commercial marketing purposes. We are a service provider to political campaigns and organizations. We do not sell personal information.

Provide, operate, and improve the CampaignHelper platform
Send account notifications, carrier registration status updates, and platform alerts via SMS and email
Process payments and maintain billing records
Comply with carrier registration requirements (A2P 10DLC) and applicable law
Enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
Respond to support inquiries

5. SMS Messaging and Consent

CampaignHelper sends SMS notifications to registered account users who provide their mobile phone number during account creation and agree to receive platform communications. Message types include account activation confirmations, carrier registration status updates, credit balance alerts, and platform notifications.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at info@campaignhelper.net.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We use Twilio for SMS delivery, SendGrid for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and other technology providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory process
Carrier compliance: Registration information is submitted to The Campaign Registry (TCR) as required for A2P 10DLC compliance

7. Data Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Each campaign client's data is isolated in a dedicated account environment. Communication campaigns use isolated sending infrastructure to protect sender reputation.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and compliance purposes. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to prevent re-contact. We retain billing records as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
