These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CampaignHelper platform operated by Guardian Insight Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Data we collect is not sold to third parties and is not used for commercial marketing purposes. We are a service provider to political campaigns and organizations. We do not sell personal information.
Program name: CampaignHelper Platform Notifications
Program description: CampaignHelper sends SMS notifications to registered platform users, including account activation confirmations, carrier registration status updates, credit balance alerts, campaign approval notifications, and other account-related messages. These messages are sent only to users who provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive notifications during CampaignHelper account registration.
Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive messages when: your account is activated, your carrier registration status changes, your credit balance falls below a threshold, your campaign is approved or requires action, or other account events occur requiring your attention.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's text messaging rates.
To stop receiving SMS notifications from CampaignHelper, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also update your notification preferences by logging into your CampaignHelper account or contacting us at info@campaignhelper.net.

CampaignHelper SMS notifications are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier support may vary.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
CampaignHelper is available exclusively to lawfully organized political campaigns, candidate committees, PACs, ballot measure committees, political party organizations, and other entities engaged in lawful political activity in California. By creating an account, you represent that your organization is properly registered with the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), the Federal Election Commission (FEC), or applicable regulatory authority.
You agree to use CampaignHelper only for lawful political activity. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through CampaignHelper comply with applicable law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. For A2P (automated) SMS, you must have valid prior express consent from every recipient. You must maintain documentation of consent and produce it upon request. Every message must identify the sender and include opt-out instructions.
TCPA penalties are $500–$1,500 per message for violations. You assume full responsibility and liability for all communications sent through the platform. CampaignHelper is not liable for your TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other compliance violations.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Communication credits are prepaid and non-refundable. The one-time carrier registration fee is non-refundable. All fees are charged to your payment method on file via Stripe. platform communications. A2P SMS texting requires carrier registration through the A2P 10DLC system administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR). CampaignHelper manages registration on your behalf. Carrier review currently takes 10–15 business days. You may not send A2P SMS through CampaignHelper until your registration is confirmed as VERIFIED. You must provide accurate registration information including your EIN and, for IRS 527 organizations, a valid Campaign Verify token.
Either party may terminate this agreement. CampaignHelper may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for TCPA violations, carrier compliance failures, payment failures, fraudulent activity, or material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMPAIGNHELPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TCPA PENALTIES, REGULATORY FINES, LOST CONTRIBUTIONS, ELECTION RESULTS, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms with fourteen (14) days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
